Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
1/2 cup (125 ml) baby carrots, blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes
1/2 cup (125 ml) broccoli florets, blanched in boiling water for 5
Directions:
With a fork, mash avocados with salt and lemon. Serve with
veggies.
