- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) baby carrots, blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) broccoli florets, blanched in boiling water for 5
DIRECTIONS
With a fork, mash avocados with salt and lemon. Serve with veggies.
