Un-lunch box ideas - Healthy Eating Tips

Serving: 1 lunch box

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time:

  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 1 whole wheat mini pita
  • shredded veggies - carrots, celery
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla wrap
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 3-5 slices turkey
  • 1/2 grean apple washed and sliced thinly

For pita stuffed with hummus: Cut a slit on half of the pita to make an opening. Scoop hummus into pita, and fill with favourite veggies. For Wrap: spread tortilla with mayo or butter. Place turkey on tortilla. Place apple slices on top and roll up.
