“..what we know from a lot of the work that we’ve done is that young people, new grads, people entering the workforce need to have transferable adaptable skills, what we call the human skills above and beyond anything else. And that’s what we hear from employers too. So exposing kids, helping them figure out where their interest is, and helping them to develop those skills that aren’t so specific, but we’ll help them transition, develop interest become good workers, I think it’s probably at least the place to start.”
