“They’re the things that matter to the soul. and that’s the love and the care and the compassion and the empathy and the concern and the guidance and all those things that you bring. But you also have to bring structure. And structure is important. You know that they understand how we go about our daily schedule and having a plan and let’s not mistake activity for achievement. We’re not just running around with no purpose. And so I think coaching helps that. That is a mission statement, a game plan. There is a vision for what we want to get accomplished.”
