“I think lots of times classically, when people think of trauma, their mind does go to you know, neglect or physical abuse, sexual abuse or car accidents, things like that. And it is more nuanced than that.  There is just violence, community violence, terrorism, there’s medical trauma, there is bullying, of different levels. There’s teasing that can happen and kids say things like that. In terms bullying, a lot of those things are considered trauma.”
