“…we have so much misunderstanding across generations right now. And that is because – mostly because – technological change has really sped up.

So that’s why we have so many generations, because people live longer, and the space of generations has grown shorter, because of the technological changes, and that also means the generations communicate in totally different ways.

When you think about generational differences, there’s so much misunderstanding. There’s so many myths are so many stereotypes, there’s so much finger pointing, and it’s it’s really counterproductive because really whether you know a manager in the workplace or a parent or grandparent, it is just trying to understand the perspective of someone else. So that really is the goal in crunching all this data, and trying to figure out the perspective of different generations.”
