
Avocado Dip & Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Baby Carrots Blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets Blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes
Instructions
- With a fork, mash avocados with salt and lemon.
- Serve with veggies.
