- 1/4 cup Hummus
- 1 Whole Wheat Mini Pita
- 1 tbsp Carrots shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp Celery shredded celery
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla Wrap
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 3-5 slices Turkey
- 1/2 Green Apple washed and sliced thinly
For pita stuffed with hummus: Cut a slit on half of the pita to make an opening. Scoop hummus into pita, and fill with favourite veggies.
For Wrap: spread tortilla with mayo or butter. Place turkey on tortilla. Place apple slices on top and roll up.
